Account info (name, email, org), usage telemetry (page views, feature usage), and the prompts and outputs you create. We do not collect prompts or outputs from connected AI providers beyond what's needed to operate the service.
To operate Prompsy, troubleshoot issues, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Your prompts and outputs are never used to train AI models — ours, our gateway's, or any third-party provider's. This is contractually enforced with our sub-processors.
Access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@prompsy.app. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests within 30 days.
