This DPA applies when Prompsy processes personal data on your behalf as part of providing the service. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Our current sub-processor list is published on our Trust page. We notify customers of new sub-processors with at least 30 days' notice.
For EU/UK customers, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and the UK IDTA where applicable.
Email legal@prompsy.app to request a counter-signed DPA. We typically return signed copies within two business days.
